SELF-HYPNOSIS TRAINING

 

This is a three week experiential workshop to learn self hypnosis and write effective suggestions to achieve a goal.  You will learn how to easily imprint your subconscious mind with positive messages. Because of the relaxed state of hypnosis you will also automatically reduce your stress. 

Some common goals of self hypnosis are:  to relieve test anxiety, improve self-esteem, reduce stress, improve concentration, stop smoking, release excess weight, relieve insomnia, enhance creativity, improve athletic performance, and reduce pain. 

 

Class Information:

3 classes, 2 hours each

Dates:   March 14, 21, 28 (Wednesdays)

Time:  6:30 – 8:30 p.m.

Cost:  $115.00 cash, $125.00 charge
